Previous studies have confirmed that FOXM1 was an important oncogene for the occurrence of GC, and played a role in promoting the expression of FRLnc1, an FOXM1 related long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), indicating that FRLnc1 expression may be an independent prognostic marker for predicting survival in GC patients [6, 13].
