LAT2 and acute myeloid leukemia: More importantly, NTAL and its interactors were associated with an GMP-like molecular signature, showing a more oxidative phosphorylation–dependent metabolic signature, which was further validated when we compared the levels of NTAL and its interactors in AML samples with an immunophenotype profile more L-GMP versus patients with a more L-lymphoid-primed multipotent progenitor/L-HSC.
