In the high‐risk score group, activities of various steps in the cycle were observed to be upregulated including the release of cancer cell antigens (Step 1), cancer antigen presentation (Step 2), immune cells recruiting (Step 4) (CD4 T cell recruiting, Th1 cell recruiting, Th22 cell recruiting, Macrophage recruiting, Monocyte recruiting, Neutrophil recruiting, NK cell recruiting, Basophil recruiting, and B cell recruiting) and recognition of cancer cells by T cells (Step 6) (Figure 5C). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is cancer.
