BRAF and melanoma: These results show for the first time that the atypical GTPase RND3 is regulated in a WNT5A‐dependent manner (Fig. 6A,B), and our observation that RND3 expression and RhoA activity are equally dependent on BRAF activity in melanoma cells provides further evidence for the crucial involvement of RND3 in the regulation of RhoA activity in melanoma cells.
