As results shown in Figure 2A, FURIN expression was highly related to MMR genes in 14 cancers, including adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), BRCA, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), brain LGG, mesothelioma (MESO), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), STAD, tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT), thymoma (THYM), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uveal melanoma (UVM). This evidence concerns the gene FURIN and cancer.
