As seen in Figures 5A, C, high expression of DYNLL2 and TRIM68 resulted in higher 5-year survival in patients with osteosarcoma compared to low expression (P-value = 0.023, P-value = 0.091, respectively), whereas patients with high expression of PIKFYVE had lower survival compared to patients with low expression (P-value = 0.019, Figure 5C). The gene discussed is TRIM68; the disease is osteosarcoma.
