In contrast, patients without lymph node metastasis were found to have more frequent mutation in four genes including GATA3, FOXA1, ANKRD11, and RET (P<0.05, Figure 2C) and more CN amplifications in two genes including PIK3C2G and CCND2 (P<0.05, Figure 2D). This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
