At 1 day after stroke, macrophages took up the highest part of NLRP3+ (N: 15.26 ± 13.31%; DC: 4.75 ± 4.90%; M: 38.74 ± 25.65%, P < 0.001) or IL-1β+ (N: 21.80 ± 20.52; DC: 5.27 ± 4.13; M: 47.36 ± 29.30, P < 0.001) cells in patients' blood (Figure 3A). Here, NLRP3 is linked to stroke disorder.
