NFKB1 and infectious disease: This indicated that among the enriched pathways, 42.59% (23/54) were related to immune diseases/system, infectious diseases, and signal transduction, including asthma, African trypanosomiasis, allograft rejection, two-component system, NF-κB signaling pathway, hematopoietic cell lineage, primary immunodeficiency, Epstein-Barr virus infection, intestinal immune network for IgA production, Jak-STAT signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, calcium signaling pathway, and Fc epsilon RI signaling pathway (Figure 5A).
