Based on the information summarized in Table 1 and other relevant references, we found a general rule that targeting USP7 can play a significant role in enhancing chemoradiotherapy sensitivity in various types of tumors, including hematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma, acute myeloid leukemia, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and solid malignancies such as breast carcinoma, lung cancer, colorectal carcinoma, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and neuroblastoma. Here, USP7 is linked to cervical cancer.
