After measuring the levels of LC3B and Bcl-2 in tumor specimens from different groups, we found that tumor tissues formed from YAP-overexpressing SW620 cells have relatively lower LC3B-II levels and higher levels of Bcl-2, whereas those formed from cells knocking down YAP expression have increased levels of LC3B-II and decreased levels of Bcl-2, compared with parental blank cells (Fig. 4E, F).
