CD19 and Right ventricular hypertrophy: PH symptoms have been reported at early timepoints (2–4 weeks) after bleomycin exposure in mice.21 22 At 10 weeks after exposure, we still observed a significant bleomycin-induced increase of right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP, p=0.015) and signs of right ventricular hypertrophy (Fulton Index, p=0.030) in CD19-hBTK mice, but not in WT mice (figure 1B, C).
