The 438 patients within the Milan criteria and treated with curative treatment (surgical resection or RFA) were separated based on high‐ and low‐BTR grade, which revealed significant differences for age, gender, basal hepatic disease, platelet count, aspartate transaminase, alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, albumin, prothrombin time, ALBI score, BTR, BCAA, tyrosine Child‐Pugh class, tumor number, and treatment. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and liver disorder.
