Through the analysis of immune infiltration across diverse cancer types, we found that compared to normal tissue, CXCL1 has low expression in breast cancer, while in cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular liver carcinoma, the situation is the opposite (Figure 6). The gene discussed is CXCL1; the disease is colon adenocarcinoma.
