Through the analysis of immune infiltration across diverse cancer types, we found that compared to normal tissue, CXCL1 has low expression in breast cancer, while in cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular liver carcinoma, the situation is the opposite (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL1 and cancer.
