MRC1 and neoplasm: Tumor-infiltrating macrophages were observed to be primarily CD206+ (52.2% of mCherry+ cells vs. 8.5% CD86+ mCherry+ cells, p < 0.0001; Figure 4C), while dermal macrophages exhibited a more heterogenous mixture of CD206+ and CD86+ phenotypes (35.9% of CD206+ mCherry+ cells vs. 20.6% CD86+ mCherry+ cells, p > 0.05; Figure 4C).
