The comparison of MAGMA gene P values against a Bonferroni-corrected threshold of 0.05/94 = 5.32 × 10–4 in the microglial module revealed that the significant genes associated with MS were interferon gamma-inducible protein 30 (IFI30), regulator of G-protein signaling 1 (RGS1), and cluster of differentiation 86 (CD86) in both MS GWAS summaries. The gene discussed is IFI30; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
