By using the Spearman correlation coefficient, we found that in addition to TYMP, the expression levels of the remaining 14 TEPs DEGs were positively or negatively related to the pan‐cancer stage based on the data from GSE68086 (Figure 5A), showing an upward or downward trend in the expression of TEPs DEGs from early to more advanced stages. The gene discussed is TYMP; the disease is cancer.
