To probe the roles of miR-543-3p on the proliferation and apoptosis in PDLCs, miR-543-3p mimic and miR-NC were used to treated LPS-induced periodontitis and transfection efficiency was shown in Figure 2A. Similarly, the mass concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were detected and significant decreases were observed in the miR-543-3p mimic-treated group (Figure 2B–D). This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and periodontitis.
