The infiltration of each type of immune cell in different clusters of HCC was analyzed and depicted as a boxplot (Figure 3b–g); immune cells, such as memory B cells, resting NK cells, and activated dendritic cells were highly clustered in cluster 1 (p < 0.05), whereas activated CD4 memory T cells, T cells CD8, and follicular helper T cells were highly clustered in cluster 2 (p < 0.05); there was no intergroup difference for the other cells that were analyzed (p > 0.05). Here, CD8A is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
