The verification result showed that the expression levels of PTGS2, NLRP3, MMP9, IL1RN, CCL2, TNF, IL10, CD40, IL6, NGF, TP53, RELA, BCL2L1, VEGFA, and NOTCH1 were significantly increased in osteoarthritis samples (P < 0.05) (Figure 9), which confirmed the analytical results of bioinformatics were reliable in this study. This evidence concerns the gene BCL2L1 and osteoarthritis.
