Thus, the synthetic phosphopeptides were selected from phosphoproteins in the lung cancer-related signaling pathways, including NSCLC signaling (61 phosphopeptides, 58 sites), EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) resistance (85 phosphopeptides, 80 phosphosites),  mammalian target of rapamycin (MTOR) signaling (37 phosphopeptides, 33 sites), and PI3K-AKT signaling (73 phosphopeptides, 69 sites). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and lung cancer.
