Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) were successfully treatment for NSCLC with EGFR sensitive mutation [1], such as gefitinib, erlotinib, and afatinib, but almost all of the patients for whom the initial therapy was effective will present progress after less than 8-10 months, and produce the acquired drug-resistance [2, 3]. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
