Besides, immunohistochemistry showed that the CYLD positive expression rate was 18.4 % in HCC tissues, 26.2 % in para-cancerous tissues, and 71.6 % in normal liver tissues (Figure 4F, 4G), which indicates that CYLD gave a strong immunoreactivity signal in normal tissues, but had notably lower expression in HCC and para-cancerous tissues. Here, CYLD is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
