To identify the functional role of DDX49 in HCC tumorigenesis, we infected QGY-7703 cells with either DDX49 overexpression vector (LV-DDX49-OE) or lentivirus mediated DDX49 silencing vector (LV- DDX49-KD) to increase or knock down the DDX49 expression, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene DDX49 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
