The SCG3 marker was detected in one other CNS plasma (1.61 MAF) diagnosed with an infiltrating glioma tumor with a H3-K27M mutation which alters the epigenetic landscape of the tumor [25, 26] and 3/6 of the healthy plasma samples (ranging from 0.24 to 1.37 MAF). Here, SCG3 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
