Of these, IRF1 (low grade n = 4, high grade n = 4), IRF2 (low grade n = 8, high grade n = 16), and CEBPB (low grade n = 2, high grade n = 7) also showed different and disperse levels of staining in histology (non-detected; +, low; ++, medium; +++, high) from THPA among high- and low-grade gliomas (Figure 6B; Supplementary Figure 5).
