We observed that IDH-mutated (mu) gliomas in general had lower MR1 expression levels (P < .0001) and a higher number of methylated CpG islands (6 out of 8 sites: cg01040850, P < .0001; cg24441127, P < .0001; cg07025274, P < .0001; cg23037321, cg22450342, P < .0001; and cg04903884, P < .0001) than wildtype (wt) tumors. This evidence concerns the gene MR1 and glioma.
