Our clinical experience is consistent with this, as we have not observed hypercalcemia, renal insufficiency, hypercalciuria, undetectable serum parathyroid hormone concentrations or any other toxicity in patients with serum 25(OH)D3 concentrations ranging from 202 ng/mL to 384 ng/mL [28].
