Non‐syndromic (selective) tooth agenesis(NSTA) is one of the most common dental anomalies and is known to be associated with variants of MSX1 (OMIM 142983), PAX9 (OMIM 167416), AXIN2 (OMIM 604025), EDA (OMIM 300451), EDAR (OMIM 604095), EDARADD (OMIM 606603), WNT10A (OMIM 606268) (Arte et al., 2013), WNT10B (OMIM 601906) (Yu et al., 2016), LRP6 (OMIM 603507) (Ockeloen et al., 2016; Yu et al., 2019), and GREM2 (OMIM 608832) (Kantaputra et al., 2015). This evidence concerns the gene WNT10A and tooth agenesis.
