VIM and carcinoma: In contrast, AS906 and AS914, which derived from carcinomas with sarcomatoid features (Supplementary Table 1) and formed loose spheroids in culture (Fig. 1a), expressed ZEB1, SNAI2, CD44, and Vimentin, but negligible levels of EpCAM and E-Cadherin (CDH1; Fig. 2c and Supplementary Fig. 1e).
