In subjects with the normal uric acid (N = 39183), the NAFLD group (N = 10615) compared with the non-NAFLD group (N = 28568), sex, age, BMI, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), ALT, AST, FT3, FT4, etc., all have significant difference and with no difference of TSH in the two groups (p = 0.309).
