As shown in Fig. 4, univariable analysis demonstrated that the number of CD146+ cells positively correlated with the OB differentiation (Fig. 4a, p = 0.0003), whereas the number of PDGFRα+ and CD34+ cells exhibited positive correlations with AD differentiation (Fig. 4d, f, p = 0.03, p = 0.0002, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and Alzheimer disease.
