Within the glioblastoma IDH-wildtype methylation class, we found five methylation subclasses of which the methylation subclass receptor tyrosine kinase II (RTK II) represented the majority of the cases (47%, 7/15), followed by the 20% (3/15) RTK I and mesenchymal 20% (3/15). The gene discussed is IDH1; the disease is glioblastoma.
