Furthermore, data analysis from the Kaplan–Meier plotter showed that a high level of PERK expression was correlated with favorable prognosis in bladder carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, and thymoma and related to a poor prognosis in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, and thyroid carcinoma (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene EIF2AK3 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
