CD8A and sarcoma: ELISpot/flow cytometry (ICS): LV305-induced CD4+ or CD8+ T cells were detected by ELISPOT and/or ICS in 52% of patients (57% of sarcoma patients) at 1 timepoint on the study, and 18% at 2 timepoints. Induction of an anti-NY-ESO-1 immune response was associated with improved 1-year survival in an exploratory analysis.
