Fourteen days after GBM cells implantation, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with TMZ (60 mg/kg/day per mouse) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, 0.3%) twice a week for 6 weeks, and the therapeutic value of SH2B3 inhibition on TMZ therapy in vivo was evaluated. This evidence concerns the gene SH2B3 and glioblastoma.
