circITGA7, with low expression in CRC, can increase the expression of NF1, a negative regulator of the Ras1 pathway after sponge adsorption of miR-370-3p, which can inhibit the Ras pathway, decrease the expression of RREB1, promote linear ITGA7 transcription to increase the expression of linear ITGA7, while overexpression of circITGA7 can inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of CRC cells (84). This evidence concerns the gene NF1 and colorectal carcinoma.
