It has been proven by others that longer time spent in diabetes elevates eHSP72 more than shorter time (Nakhjavani et al., 2010), and that iHSP72 level in diabetes—without any treatment—is decreased (Kurucz et al., 2002; Di Naso et al., 2015), and it is also known that anti-inflammatory effect of iHSP72 is mainly mediated by NFkB-inhibition (Jones et al., 2011). Here, NFKB1 is linked to diabetes mellitus.
