ROC analysis of the parameters (including platelet count, FSC-H resting, PAC1 resting, CD62p resting and stimulated, procoagulant platelets resting) in relation to bleeding (Fig. S9) showed that platelet count was the best indicator of bleeding in all patient groups (acute/persistent, chronic and total ITP), with AUC values of ~ 0.65–0.72.
