Similar to QLQ-C30 and QLQ-C13 findings for a phase II study of alectinib in patients with ALK fusion-positive advanced NSCLC,18 entrectinib was associated with a trend towards improvement in a number of lung cancer-related symptoms, such as cough, dyspnoea, and chest pain, a sustained high HRQoL, and PRO data were consistent with previously reported safety data.
