The majority of Ki-67 high population were proliferating tumor cells (84%), and the Ki-67 low population consisted of a heterogeneous collection of immune cell populations, such as CD4+ T-cells, CD8+ T-cells, B-cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells (DCs) that were successfully identified using the ImmunoCluster tool (Figure 5D).
