CSNK2B and colorectal carcinoma: With the aim of verifying the role of CSNK2B in CRC tumorigenesis in vivo, we established a subcutaneous xenograft mice model by inoculation of the CRC cells with stable overexpression or knockdown of CSNK2B. As shown in Fig. 4a, increased CSNK2B expression significantly accelerated tumor growth of HCT116 cells.
