IFNG and cancer: The IFN-γ mRNA levels were increased in the tissue sample of the glycation animal model as compared to its control group, with an average increase of 1.9-fold (P < 0.005) (Figure 6(b)), while the IFN-γ mRNA levels of the tissue sample of the cancer animal model were increased as compared to its control group with an average increase of 5.7-fold (P < 0.005) (Figure 6(a)).
