Since it has been deduced that Cory can promote the clearance of α-synuclein through the autophagy pathway in a cell model of PD, the symptoms of PD and targets involved in autophagy, including CSTB, HSPA5, PRKCA, and AHSA1, as well as targets involved in neuroinflammation, including TNF, IL-6, IL1B, and IL1A, were all selected from the SymMap integrated network, which indicated the neuroprotective mechanism of Cory in PD (Figure 3).
