This result is also consistent with prior classification of SK-OV-3 [76], and the fact that SK-OV-3 lacks p53 mutations, which is prevalent in high-grade serous ovarian cancer [77], and it harbors an endometrioid-associated mutation in ARID1A [10, 76, 78]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
