Out of these proteins, five were significantly increased only in the MM group (Figure 2B) vs. CTRL group (Figure 2A) and PM group (Figure 2C), comprising protein S100-A8 (S10A8), kininogen-1 (KNG1), albumin (ALBU), immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 2 (IGHG2), and phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1). Here, PEBP1 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
