Multivariate Cox regression analysis, including tumor localization, disease stage, PD-L1 CPS, NLR, CD8+ TIL, and FOXP3+ TIL, further showed that the parameters independently associated with a worse DSS were hypopharyngeal localization (HR = 4.22, 95% CI = 1.32–13.48, p = 0.015) and a high NLR (HR = 3.16, 95% CI = 1.07–9.32, p = 0.03).
