NUSAP1 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Nevertheless, TGF-β signaling-activated EMT is more commonly reported in bladder cancer than other cancers; that is, activation of TGF-β signaling by NUSAP1 has been shown to be negatively correlated with the GCB response in bladder cancer cells [29], and the TGF-β1/Smad signaling-induced lncRNA-LET/miR-145 axis has also been reported to induce gemcitabine resistance [30].
