We found that components for DNA replication (CDC6, CDC45, ORC1/6, MCM2/5/6/7), G2/M transition (CDC25A/B/C, CDK1, PLK1, Cyclins A/B), and mitosis (TTK/MPS1, MAD2, BUB1B/BUBR1, BUB1, PTTG1, CDC20) were upregulated, suggesting the active cell proliferation rate in high-STMN1-expressing HCC cells. This evidence concerns the gene CCNA2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
