In post hoc subgroup analyses, among patients with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis who received G-CSF mobilization (no chemotherapy), 95.3% of patients given Neupogen® (AMGEN, Thousand Oaks, CA, USA) had a successful harvest compared to 100% of Grastofil® patients achieving a successful harvest (p-value = 0.55), indicating that the choice of G-CSF product had no clinical relevance. This evidence concerns the gene CSF3 and plasma cell myeloma.
