Upregulated pathways associated with CLU changes in hyperoxia-induced acute lung injury included metabolic pathway, hematopoietic cell lineage, systemic lupus erythematosus, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, viral carcinogenesis, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), tuberculosis, phagosome, Staphylococcus aureus infection and PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint (Figure 5C and Table 1).
